💜Cafe Bora💜 Fun fact: I went to this place in Korea around 4 years ago and was super excited to hear that they came to Toronto. From what I can tell, they did a good job at replicating the original and did not disappoint! We had ordered the purple sweet potato soft serve (left) and the purple sweet potato bingsu (right). Both excellent choices if you like dessert, but nothing too sugary. If you like sweet potato this is definitely the place for you! It specializes in purple sweet potato desserts such as soft serve ice cream, chips, tiramisu, and bingsu (shaved ice). They also have a variety of other flavours of dessert such as matcha and yuzu(citron) if you're not a fan of sweet potatoes. Close up of the purple sweet potato soft serve. They are located in Yorkville, Toronto which is a fairly crowded area so definitely expect to wait in line especially when the weather is nice out! This place is definitely aesthetic as well a cute window seat by the door as well as t

First Post! Hello, welcome to my foodie blog !🙌 So you're having a hard day... there's no better distraction than a nice creamy pasta or a savoury noodle dish or a juicy steak to comfort you and melt that stress away. If you're not cooking and eating out, might as well eat well! I tend to think of eating at restaurants as an experience and hope to provide a holistic view of some of the ones I've been to. Over the course of this term I'll be blogging about my favourite places to eat while I'm out and about. Hopefully this will inspire you to try out some of my favourite spots and to be of some help if you're ever indecisive about where to eat. Currently I am living in Toronto, so most of my reviews will be about restaurants situated around town, however I love travelling so I will definitely share some places I've been to while on vacation as well (New York, LA, San Francisco, etc.). I love trying new things so feel free to send any recommendations

With pink tiles on the floors and along the bar and numerous leafy green plants this place has #summervibes🌿 all year long. We had ordered the Souk Fries (left) and the Salmon Rosti (right); both excellent choices. The portions were very generous as well but we didn't have a single bite left over because it was so good. The Souk fries were very filling with a combination of your traditional french fries and small potato pieces as well as - deep fried cheese chunks - , mushrooms and a sunny-side egg to top it off. The second dish also had potatoes in the form of hash browns, which are hiding under all tha
